| Resumen: | El presente documento tiene como finalidad el diseño conceptual de un biodigestor a partir de porcinaza, para la producción de biogas y biofertilizante, como un valor agregado a las granjas pequeñas con las productoras de carne de cerdo. Para el desarrollo del biodigestor, se caracteriza la porcinaza de dos granjas del municipio de Pacho, Cundinamarca. Dónde una de ellas tiene un enfoque de crianza del cerdo, mientras, que la otra granja tiene un enfoque del engorde del cerdo. Está caracterización se hace con pruebas fisicoquímicas y microbiológicas, estos ensayos se hacen bajo los métodos estándar para el análisis de aguas residuales. |
| Abstract: | The purpose of this document is the conceptual design of a biodigester from pig manure, for the production of biogas and biofertilizer, as an added value to small farms with pork producers. For the development of the biodigester, the pig manure from two farms in the municipality of Pacho, Cundinamarca, is characterized. Where one of them has a focus on raising pigs, while the other farm has a focus on fattening pigs. This characterization is done with physicochemical and microbiological tests, these tests are done under the standard methods for wastewater analysis. |
