Resumen: | La investigación monográfica presenta un análisis de la producción de cacao en el departamento del Huila el cual busca estrategias que promuevan la competitividad del sector cacaotero. En el desarrollo del trabajo se realizó una indagación del comportamiento de la cadena productiva del cacao a nivel nacional para explicar cada uno de los procesos que se deben realizar para poder comercializar el cacao, asimismo un contexto nacional e internacional donde se mencionan los mayores productores del cacao y sus aspectos más relevantes, centrándose principalmente en los departamentos de Santander y en el departamento de estudio. También se estudia los factores que limitan la competitividad de la producción de cacao en el departamento del Huila y las problemáticas que afronta. |
Abstract: | The monographic research presents an analysis of cocoa production in the department of Huila, which seeks strategies that promote the competitiveness of the cocoa sector. In the development of the work, an investigation of the behavior of the cocoa production chain at the national level was carried out to explain each of the processes that must be carried out in order to market cocoa, as well as a national and international context where the largest producers of the cocoa are mentioned. cocoa and its most relevant aspects, focusing mainly on the departments of Santander and the study department. The factors that limit the competitiveness of cocoa production in the department of Huila and the problems it faces are also studied. |
